Contemporary handmade jewelry combining conventional and unconventional materials. Small batch processing produces pieces in limited quantities with attention to details. Through design and processes, these materials are transformed into contemporary jewelry easily worn from casual to formal occasions.

Beginning with joining strands of sterling silver and beads into jewelry spangle + stone was launched with the Argent Collection. Trying other materials and techniques led to discovering and loving concrete as a medium to manipulate for unique creations.  This led to a journey beginning with years of experimentation to create a custom concrete mix strong enough for small scale concrete by learning all the about materials needed for a strong small scale concrete mix, and so much more to create and add strength to these creations, while maintaining the raw look of concrete. 

In so many ways it has truly been the journey not just the destination that has fueled this continuing project of experimentation using concrete often with pigments and metals. Through design concrete, usually seen as industrial and cold, is elevated and transformed into beautiful things.
