Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately with any questions about your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery for a return.  Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care, custom orders, final sales, past the return date, or otherwise indicated as not returnable at time of order.  Returns must be shipped within 14 business days from the delivery date of package.  The delivery date can be found using your tracking info.  Exchanges are not available.

Returned items must be unused, in same condition received, and in and with all original packaging and items.  Shipping costs, if any, are not refundable and will be deducted from total order cost in refund credit.  Credit will be issued in original form of payment. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return not due to receiving an incorrect or damaged item.  

Unauthorized returns are not accepted so please reply to the order email or send an email through the contact page with your reason for return and you will be given an RA number.  You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item.  We don’t guarantee that store will receive your returned item. 

Once the returned item is received, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax minus shipping charges, if any, will be credited to your original form of payment.  Please keep in mind there may be delay in seeing your credit posted due to your bank processing.
